No one was forced at gunpoint to buy, true... but at the same time they were not given the honest truth which could have helped them make a decision to "not buy".
Not only this, but supposedly someone out there received a letter from Tom stating "I tried sending money to buyback the cd's and they wouldn't let me". Well, why didn't he use this money to buyout Hackett's mortgages instead of going deeper into debt with YA with more debentures? Where did this money go? Think it was to an unprofitable company to try to keep the doors open and the shareholder hope alive!
