With that thought then do you believe that the Yahoo shareholders who feel they were wronged by the Yahoo BOD should not complain either?

I know I mentioned another stock here but it is relevance to the statement that shareholders should not whine when infact the Yahoo shareholders have a point even if most consider them as whiners.
