Sometimes recruiting PP share buyers can be hazardous. If one makes a rosy pitch, and infers that he himself owns many shares, and the buyer finds out that the seller owns only the 'BIRD_DOG' "cosultation" payoff shares...and the shares are garbage.. it could be healthier down the road somewhere.
