Circumstances strongly point to Vegas as the likely domicile of the fellow in question, at least at the time of the share transfer. That is the place where JA hangs..and the transfer appears to be a face-to-face one.

Assuming the likely is true, then the question is what would a citizen of Vegas know about that would be worth a consultation fee so large, to CDEX?

Taking it a step further, what is the main and usually the ONLY product of CDEX besides lies and BOOLSHEET?? You guess shares?

Damn straight!! Lotta money here and there in Vegas! So following the path of logic already established, it is likely that the fellow was recruited to find Vegas PP share buyers..THAT was his 'consultation" task.

Now as soon as he accomplished the job, and got his payoff in shares, it would seem that he would get a bit nervous about some of the PP share buyers finding out what his payoff was.
So he either 'gifted" them to JA in payment for a 'consultation " of his own, or sold them to JA.

Besides, he would know that the shares are a sucker play...and had no desire to hang onto them.
