Most of this as far as I am concerned has to do with the Auditors as well as the crooks. What were they doing when they audited the books just approving everything that was submitted to them. There needs to be some accountability in their part. The SEC found the mess why didn't our auditors find anything questionable. We paid them hundreds of thousands of dollars not to catch the crooks year after year? If anyone should be sued it should be the auditors and some jail time would be nice along with the crooks.
