Your points are well taken and the phrase "only reason" probably was not correct because it is a penny stock because that is what the market is willing to pay for it.

My point was more that they did not start with an Element 21 IPO that went sour, the original BRLN was a holdings company that invested in E21 and when they saw the potential, they sold off the rest of what was probably not that great of a company.

I am very positive on the stock and probably seem very emotional about it but I do not trade with that emotion. I buy when its time to buy and sell when its time to sell. I would have done more in and out of this stock but Fidelity charges .01 per share for every share over 1k traded so it was not worth it. Now that the stock is higher price lower shares, I may do more of it but, for now I think the direction is higher and a nice filing would be a big boost.
