So you are saying that your friend that you talked to on the phone, told you that the HLS special dividend touted by Downs to have a value of $1.10 is actually worthless and apparently was just a common pinkie pump and dump scheme to defraud and unload IDWD shares and will probably cost people money to get those eyesore HLS shares out of their accounts?
