Crossing my fingers here. Starting to look better. The hold up seems to be getting clearer:

1. Apex and the Processing Company (obvious) and
2. Securing mineral rights; this is probably what was meant by the delays hinted at in the press release previous to this.

News of micro diamonds found, even in this relatively small sample will see this stock rip through $1.00 mark EASILY. IMHO of course. I can dream can't I?
