No actually it's a link to my message where Jungle asked me about shares and I confirmed with the brokerage holding them that were in fact HLS dividend shares converted into IDWD shares. This happened to ALL the HLS dividend shares which were a 1 for 1 dividend distribution. I've held mine almost 2 years. There was a 1 yr restriction, but you had to pay and file the papers to get them released for 90 days to sell in the open market.

It wasn't worth the hassle imo.
After two years the restriction is lifted and it's a simpler process to get them released and then sell them in the open market. Someone, like Downs probably has a ton of them and is looking to unload them at a premium.

I'll take whatever I get and leave this dog in the dust where it belongs.
