Communication is vital but not with this Co. They have proved several times that they are so good at either lying or giving misleading info, so what's the point of getting more and more false,misleading info or lies. I think this habit is inherited from Des to BOD. He was the first one who started all those BS lies about AFC company and then just tried to clear them by begging" PLEASE KILL THE STORY" when he was the CEO of ECFL.

I did not take it as a personal attack, but I would like to add more to my previous comments.

1) I used to be a general contrator, and I can tell you this for sure. Whoever Jason and Des have hired to do the construction work on their stores are not managing the jobs at all. From expierence, I can tell you that (depending on the work scope) it take longer to renovate a structure, than it does to erect a new structure. Building a new structure is pretty a "Set process" everyone knows what to do and when to do it. More labor costs are usually involved in a renovation, but a renovation always requires more supervision and management from the general contractor. From what I have seen and read on the board. The General Contrator needs to be fired, asked to leave the premises and never come back.
I see no reason (from the pictures I have seen), that this should have been finished long ago. A good reputable contractor has good crews, who know what to do and when to do it.
2) I wonder sometimes if Jason is trying to manage too much of the by himself and does not have the management resources to help him out?
