I got the news that the MSJ was denied from you, again. Did you forget you put the headlines in RED. It was supposedly after you had checked with the court, and that according to your own words, it was for real this time. That being the case, I took it for granted it was the Plaintiff's MSJ that was denied, because we're headed for court with a new DCO, plus PNR wants to go to court, too. LOL

Somebody ought to call PNR and let them know they're getting what they want. Just hand over the Discovery for crying out loud already. Not the stuff we paid for, but the analysis they used in thier judgement to go ahead and drill. What makes them think we can get that for SEI? ROTFLMAO
