It's important to place "All or None" orders on penny stocks.

How would you feel if you only had 100 shares filled when the market close on that 500,000 order?

It might take longer for your order to be filled, but you'd be surprised how many times the order will fill minutes before the bell.

If the order's not filled try again the next day.

the price didn't drop much today.
Nothing at all as a catalyst for upward price pressure. The "licensing agreement" is the new buzz phrase, but certainly may amount to nothing as usual.
The amrket has long ago determined that this company needs to prove the hype it creates. Until it does, the price will keep dropping despite what the PR firm or Dean says to prop it up.

I haven't read an ounce of speculation as to what the longs think Phillips will take out of the alleged "licensing agreement". If it were to happen, that certainly would be the biggest sticking point. Do you think Telmex will just pay onev's accrued liability to Phillips?
