Your negative attitude does nothing to assist others in seeing what is the truth. If you have solid evidence that what you say is true, then let us know. Otherwise I am sure that I speak for many- please be silent until you have something positive or negative with solid DD.
By the way he is not the only one who will be buying at these levels holding up the price. More and more buyers are coming in.

Here are my responses..

Actually Dean already said it was going to be a material event..Further DD suggests it will be in the range of Onev's operational costs monthly for an extended period of time..We shall see..

Well if Dean says that the Telmex contract is as suggested above then that statement will be incorrect..

I haven't read an ounce of speculation as to what the longs think Phillips will take out of the alleged "licensing agreement".
There is no speculation there..as it is written out clearly in all of the filings as to what Philips gets and when they get it..Look to the filings for you answer to that question without speculation..

No..Telmex will pay Onev and Onev will pay Philips..Actually Philips can be paid off quite easily..In fact all the debt can be paid off quickly with the right investors coming on..

The Telmex and MTNL contracts will draw in more investors..I have no doubts about that..

You seem worried about Onev getting a licensing deal with Telmex for a material amount of cash..I would think that you would be very happy when that happens..The aternative would most likely lead to negative thoughts and questions..

Seems you are jumping the gun just a little as we haven't seen the terms of any licensing agreements..However..good DD can get you much closer to the truth than just speculating..Like I said good thoughts and questions..I hope I have helped in some small way with my thoughts and DD...veno
