Yes. I wonder how a District Judge in White Plains NY would see that...you think he would agree that purchasing a shell with 'hidden' liabilities was in the best interest of shareholders? Wonder what he would say about CEO Scozzafava and KK's relationship? Are Judges smart? Would a Judge be able to connect the dots? Anyone?

He now is involved in the company that the shell was bought off. So lets say we paid a minimum of 20 Million to pay off the legacy debt. That has saved Tom S and KK 20 million debt in their private company. Now why do you think we got lumped with that debt ? easy isn't it!.

This is exactly the point. How could it be spun? What DID we get for that 800M shares in legacy debt??? What would a Judge say we got? What would TOm say we got?

What if, in the alternative, we had just paid $500K for a clean shell with 50M shares O/S?
