The only leg you would have to stand on in court is being able to prove that TS & KK knew about the "Hidden" legacy debt.

Of course we all know that the "Hidden" debt was held by none other than KK's wife , so how could a herd of lawyers doing their DD on the GSCR shell NOT have known about it.

The other huge red flag is that only a short time had passed between the period that the debt was paid and TS & KK took the Best parts of the Greenshift companies private.

Those final numbers you will never see, unless a court wants to see the whole picture ??
