Also In the Email Barwicki stated EFFC has been working on AFs for the last couple of month now does that Mean RH lied when he claimes they were working on them 6 month ago.
Caroni is smarter than most people give him credit. He is the dumper. He knew the sp would sink when he filed for the first injunction so, he shorted the stock(don't tell me pinks can't be shorted because they can) then each time the sp dropped he was able to buy cheap and accumulated tons of shares to dump. All he had to do was keep filing motions and in that way he controlled the movement of sp .. up or down. Either way it moved he was able to control it. By shorting, buying and dumping he could be in control. JMO but I have seen it worked this way before.
