I am confused. I've just read the articles of incorporation for Sanswire, which was originated by globetel. Isn't this a material event? And why aren't/weren't the shareholders notified? Also Globetel is incorporated in Delaware and Sanswire is incorporated in Florida.
I think we need/deserve/demand an explanation of what is going on. rickey tick, me thinks.
