ECGR has been doing great even in the Naked SHO list, indeed.
Imagine when ECGR gets off of the REG SHO list.

The project update and off the REG SHO list will bring this above 5 cents. Even without the NEWS and REG SHO effect, ECGR will break 1 cent with strong support~
