It does appear that way, One of the bag holders here. I hope it surprises me like it did a few years ago and goes back up. Until then I will look at it occasionally. Only time will tell for sure but it does not seem to have found a bottom yet!
the stock really has low volume and the price i believe has come close to how low it will go it has been nearly the same price between .0023-.003 for over a month now and people keep buying and acording to the conference there wont be many shares dumped till this reaches a much higher price if you want a junk stock check out arrt ffgo hcpc grmu people keep buying day after day while they dump billions of shares month after month
