Better opportunities? You just said you sat idly by & watched some newsletter in your opinion move this stock to 3 bucks...so what do you think might occur here if they win the appeal? I appreciate your sharing of your interested observations but the main reason players play pennies is due to their own personal risk tolerances vs the extreme possible rewards...timing is everything cheers!

You clearly have not been up to speed on current filings. The financing issue has been addressed and acted upon (read last 8k)and the recent 10K clearly outlines growth.
