When I found out about the newsletter it was trading around 3.00. I found out about about 3 months before the verdict but got a solitation in mail about SOLM. I never took a position because I felt it had moved up too much it the last year.
Don't get mad but why do you think MM are naked shorting this? Because they know the odds are way it their favor that nothing will happen even if they get a appeal. There is a play here for a appeal. I'm not saying that it couldn't happen,....but the odds, that they will win the appeal without new evidents.!!!!
Most of the time I find that the shorters are right, howbeit, of course not always.
Hope thay get the appeal and it pops for you longs.
