Is this a catalog sale? Perhaps it's a legacy order?

VirTra has no sales force. Has VTSI gone the reseller route with the IVR-3XX systems too?

Kudos to VirTra though for scoring the sale. Phelps County, Missouri, population 39,825, might just be that bellwether, anti-terror sale that turns the tide.

Or maybe Phelps County needs it to train to contain our own soldiers from Ft. Leonard Wood that get a little liquored up on their weekend passes before shipping out.
