Isn't this PR just pushing back the deadline to May 31?

This deal was first PR'd back in October of last year. May 31 would mean that these two dinky little companies have been "in discussions" and issuing press releases about this deal for at least 7 months.

Haha! I just looked at a post I did yesterday in which I joked about a PR pushing back the deadline a month. Am I psychic?
