Isn't Ed Johnson heavily involved with CREMEL...who owns a large stake in HCPC?



In fact, hasn't CREMEL been referred to as the possible "mother ship" to HCPC, RELM, ICCC et al?


So, Ed Johnson, convicted criminal, banned by the SEC, is running a company that is a huge stakeholder in HCPC?
