All due respect, but how is your post anymore believable than your comment of:

Tell me how you know that hey have no money.

1. Did they lie about the two closed loans, yes or no?

2. Would they have not collected fees for both closings, yes or no?

3. Would they not be collecting an avarage 6% interest on the loans since Late Feb, yes or no?

Now tell me were you get that they have no money show me documents not bull.

As you know, I called mine and found out it was crap.

Why hasn't anyone else called their's and posted the results?

Maybe because the idea gave fuel to the outrageous claims of a buyback, and the truth rips the rug out from underneath it?

I really do not post often for this very reason. I really dislike my integrity being questioned. For the last time, I could care less about your opinion of 'some guy that posts on the internet'. I merely shared what I was told. If my broker is misinformed, so be it. Why the Market Maker for NITE would mislead them is beyond me. It is very poor judgement on your part to question the integrity of persons unknown to you. I have no 'agenda' and never have tried to mislead anyone. Take a look at my history of posts.
