You have echo'd my sentiments stocrates exactly. If the world of the penny stocks had many such as this one it would be an
interesting choice but the facts are they don't exist for under a penny that I can find and I have been looking hard.

I think it should be at least a 5cent stock based on my DD
and talks with the company.

I believe the 40M shares for CPIC's involvement is going to pay off handsomely over the coming months. Look for int'l
contracts this year IMO......and more than one.

Remaining non reporting but claiming to project millions of dollars in revenue is a huge red flag for potential investors. If they're making the kind of money they say they are, then why wouldn't they want to become a reporting company. When a company is reporting its easier to obtain favorable/non dilutive financing and institutional investors. Which are two key factors that are needed to sustain a higher pps.

If this company was reporting and were able to account for and verify their financial stability. Then the pps would be sitting much higher then it is today.
