Does that mean that remaining non reporting and claiming zero revenues is not a red flag for investors?

They don't need investors it appears and also appears if they need partners they easily get them for minimal shares based on the merits of the product and management team. They have teamed up with two big boys and it didn't take a lot of shares. They must have something to offer besides shares and financial reports.

Everyone knows investing in penny stocks is riskier than other boards with more stringent reporting requirements.

But we invest here to find the gems (and we all know how few they are), before these companies become reporting and grow into industry leaders.

It's difficult but with the possibility of much greater reward.

We try and find honest leadership that does what they say and
creates as much transparency as possible like an open tranfer agent for example.

Of course there is only so much that can be verified. But already we have so much more here than so many other non reporting companies.
