They have said they are and will remain non reporting. This is their perogative and of course is a more frugal method of remaining a public company.
Management has kept it's shareholders informed of decisions with respect to the share structure and has done everything but put to vote these impressive deals involving the use of restricted shares to close deals with equipment and retail sales vendors.
At 160 million shares O/S I can't think of a single operating company selling for under a penny with any revenues whatsoever no less those projected by RCCH.
