#52784 RE: Stock Packer #52755

Stock Packer, thanks! I've seen dozens of sub-penny stocks at .0001-.0002 with billions in the float. They all ended the same way - no exceptions -taking investors' money.

I agree. They have probably put another 1-2 billion shares or so into the float the last six weeks. That would put the float about 6.3-7.3 billion shares. I think they will continue to dump until they hit the A/S of 10 billion. Then they will raise the A/S again, or if they are having problems dumping any more stock, they'll pull a R/S.

JMCP, now JMON sold like 27 billion shares into the float before they finally did the dreaded R/S. That was the last figure anybody had on the share structure. It was estimated the float was actually around 50 billion or so. HCPC will keep going as long as they can sell shares.

HCPC has sufficiently diluted now to the point where it will very difficult to move the PPS very much at all, IMO.

I'm just wondering what folks here will say if HCPC bumps their A/S to 14 billion, for example, next time. Will they still believe that's ok?
