Sony: If that is the case, is it legal for Lee to just walk away without making a public statement to the investment community or shareholders. If ITLV is done, don't you think we would have heard something from Lee in a PR to the effect:

It is with great displeasure that I advise my shareholders and the investment community that ITLV will be dissolved effective ... etc.?

I agree....just hoping it becomes a shell sooner than later so a REAL company can take over....

Any thoughts on contacting stockholmcapital as posted in Budfox's update?? Do you think they are an equity group or something behind ITLV.....
