no, 24, i am referring to what invariably hauppens after the placement.
just as it has hauppened after every other wavx placement.
the shares are typically placed w/cut throat investors, not wavoids & the vast majority of them end up in the float.
today's announcement will translate into massive dilution & eventually those shares will be dumped on wavoids, after a pump of course!!!
