That is a typical wavoid response. Spin is not buying. Nobody with half a brain would buy with 3 months worth of cash left and 25 million dollars worth of stock being sold on the open market. Looks like they are out of PP partners. I guess the brite side is is that this is the cheapest way of getting financing. They don't have to give any warrants out, they don't have to pay anyone a vig, all they have to do is pump it, and they are good at that.

Well good luck wavoids. Sure hope they have some monster news waiting in the wings to give you another 25 million share day......CL

doubt i'll ever own wavx again...

haven't owned it since around Thanskgiving 2003, flipped it once for about a day when BofD bought it.

prior to that, dumped my otherwise full position in AH when it became clear to me that SKS had massively embellished the breakeven in 2004 claim.

& btw, 24, as to yer "predation" contention, note that in the 08/04/03 post you have cut & pasted, i even included a caveat about something to the effect of "...there's some sketchy mgmt stuff..."

whatever -- i dropped it for the first time in 2003 on 8/05 after it repeatedly failed to break & hold above $5 which suggested to me that retail shorts had pounced on it (which was later proven correct).

AND, IMO, anyone that availed themself of my last two calls (directed mainly to D&O b/c i feel bad for him buying my AH shares from around $2.40) has probably done better than the rest of the krew who likely bought into yet another bogus run up. AND i mentioned an entry point w/BKYI a few months ago @ around a buck & has steadily moved to $2.50 since then on *real* contracts that generate actual revs.

i don't hate wavoids & don't wish them ruin.

but let's face it... wavx is one of the most poorly performing stocks in the universe & has about zero market credibility as of today.

& shady things like that concentrated at-the-close buying the day before some mysterious 60% run-up (& subsequent retrace) has gotta raise some serious eyebrows w/the SEC, et al.

btw, Nostra - nice to see you recognize that SKS' remarks about how big companies can't buy stakes in little companies for blah-blah-blah reasons was total BS.
