michlaw - Sorry if I mislead anyone as to the expiration dates of the warrants. They were published in the s-1 filed 2/12/08. It was my understanding however that they 'could' change if the SEC were to delay the registration for an unusually long period of time due to their Costa Rica 'hijacking investigation'.
