If I get it (Dang, its complicated) the individual investor has no clue what the conversion rate might be with any new Preferred when talking pinksheets.

Also, without dated transaction, with these pinks, how can anyone account for whether at time of creation those who voted had a majority and/or whether or not it created ownership greater than 10%?
