knowing they didn't have majority of common shares with latest addition of 30,000,000 is it safe to assume when voting they count those with Restricted and Preferred shares when determining percent of ownership?

Sorry guys but I'm out of this pos. sold 1710 at .60 . Just can not deal with all the bs. Good luck to all that have lost money. No more pink stocks for me, have learned a great deal the hard way. I have 5 other pinks that are not doing anything at this time but will hold them for now, this one is just too far gone in my opinion. I can only hope that this gang of crooks will get what they deserve someday.GLTA
