again if you would do some DD you would see that through different deals the company has changed ownership and in turn changed its name. this happens all the time in the business world. you are really getting funny now.

Prior to 3/24/2004---nothing...on that date Automax Group, Inc amended their share structure and name to Heritage Capital Credit Corp...
