...expanding on that is that the technology is pyrolysis--which may be a technology but it's been around for centuries. It's just not very useful. For the amount of time it takes, Mr. Rivera has been pushing it for nine years which is generally well in excess of ample time to show objective evidence of value...if such value exists.
