I agree that IDCC will most likely prevail in the appeal, but if they don't, my concern is that this arbitration could take 2-3 years to resolve, ie: NOK keeps appealing, and during that time NOK gets to sell this 3G phone in the US until which time this phone becomes obsolete or is replaced by another 3G (or 4G) phone.
