This one is for Tony Tox who goes by rosencrantz2010 these days...

First, Urban. It’s got to be hard to have your name smeared all over the financial media being accused of committing fraud and all the rest. I’m sure he doesn’t like it. But if you believe that he was part of an undercover operation designed to, among many other objectives, take out a network of fraudsters, then he’s probably okay with it – he’s got to be.

Not only that, his family and friends as well as the many shareholders who are able to think beyond the typical knee-jerk mentality KNOW he’s okay and hasn’t done anything wrong. And finally, when you look closely, we still have nothing more than a bunch of unproven civil charges with remedies such as disgorgement and fines.

As for the nss… This topic has been beaten do death. I’ll go through it briefly again. Each JV partner dividend issued while the stock was trading allowed a snapshot of the number of CMKX shares in circulation on that particular day. I believe the last divvy to be issued was CIM in late August of 04. As I recall figures from the DTCC stated that 40 billion shares of CIM would be issued to match up with approximately 1.4 trillion. There’s your short. Subtract 800B authorized from 1.4 trillion and you have the overage. No need for Frizz to count shares till the cows come home, the short had been proven several times.

But that’s only half of the equation. The stock traded another 14 months after that divvy went out. Here’s the question you’ve gotta ask yourself: Was there enough time for UC and team to buy back enough shares to zero out the AS? Multiple billions of shares remained to trade in those months that followed – MANY in the .oooo3 - .oooo9 range.

So did the opportunity exist to buy back enough share so it would leave us with a huge pile of NSS? I think so. I’m not at all concerned with the mechanics they used to get it done because those kinds of details aren’t important to me - I trust the ppl who devised the plan. I think you need to back away from all of this and take a break. You either believe or not. The outcome will be good. Period. I think one of your problems is you take the shape of the last feel-good post you’ve read whether it makes any sense or not. Some will say this qualifies in that category, and to them I say, Phooey.
