Plumear-I don't think the service providers would be too happy with a preliminary finding in July of infringement with a mandate to settle or face embargo. In fact, I don't believe that Nok would risk even a preliminary finding of infringement, in light of the carry over effect it would have if IDCC decided to take it all the way in Delaware. The better question is WHO would prevent Nok from signing the day after an injunction-and that may be IDCC. There would be a tremendous shift in power from that point on and Nok realizes it.
