I've had a small GTC buy order @ .004 since last Monday. Maybe I'll get filled today.

It's a lotto play for sure at this point. If TCLL ever gets the VAT refund, it will run.

Not much new info out. EDGAR shows some letters dated 13FEB08 but that's about all I could find.
