OT:Since the Q has a $55 Billion market cap vs.IDCC under $1 billion..I imagine the Q will have to charge some 55X higher royalty to remain even..

Curious as to why you would characterize the QCOM listing differently from IDCC's. Both seemed to be 'declaritory and non-specific', yet you say QCOM 'holds essential patents for the standard.'

What am I missing? How can QCOM not specify any patents yet be characterized as having claimed essentiality?
