The Choctaw Indians built two casinos in Pearl River, near Philadelphia, MS. They are in the process of finishing a Hilton with company in Wisconsin. I think it is good that MS passed legislation that gives casinos tax incentives for building things other than casinos: e.g. theme parks, museums, etc. since it did not pass in 2000. I think that's why Trump backed out of Diamond Head, MS before. Also fact, that now MS will limit counties that can have casinos takes an edge off saturation and too much competition. I found that to be an optimistic piece of news.

half true Lady Luck. It was over a year ago, but Heard it on the River had Scott H of Myriad on his show and the broadcast was on the Myriad website. I listened to it a few times. It was all about how unique the resort would be, focused on the botanical side of it, flying in flora from all parts of the world, and the enclosed golf couse.

as you might know, Scott is no longer the CEO but he still owns 3M shares per the last sec filing. the radio transcript is not on the new website, but that's understandable since the plan has been modified.

it might be good news that Rudi cannot get new MYRA management on the show. I'd rather see an SEC filing of true funding and planning than talk talk.
