It was all about how unique the resort would be, focused on the botanical side of it, flying in flora from all parts of the world, and the enclosed golf couse.
as you might know, Scott is no longer the CEO but he still owns 3M shares per the last sec filing. the radio transcript is not on the new website, but that's understandable since the plan has been modified.
it might be good news that Rudi cannot get new MYRA management on the show. I'd rather see an SEC filing of true funding and planning than talk talk.
