Remember folks, there are two CMKX stories. The real story and the story the SEC wants you to hear. For those of us who have followed the CMKX story on a daily basis and participated in our group DD knows unequivocally whats going on.
Isn't is comical that Roger Glen and Robert Mahue were not listed in the SEC charges. Robert Mahue was the CEO while shares were trading by the billions each day. Roger Glen was the lawyer for CMKX and wrote the letter for Urban to release the last 300 billion shares of CMKX into the market.
We all know the Robert Mahue owns the number one spy/intelligence company in the US. And Roger Glen continues to be one of the top authorities in the SEC. Roger also wrote Sarbanes Oxley law for the SEC.
And if you go back and read Urbans PR's. He has pointed out the NSS that has occurred with CMKX, the Market Makers involved and how the SEC has failed to act almost since day one. And he also PRed this info:
"I want to commend Urban and his immediate family for deciding not to share in the distribution of the Entourage shares," Mr. Maheu remarked. "This goes a long way towards showing the Casavant family's continued commitment to the CMKM stockholders"
So what we have here is a settlement between the parties involved. The Market Markers have paid up and avoided jail time. Urban agrees to take the fall for the good of the shareholders. The SEC gets to ride in with white hats on to save the day. And Mr. Mahue continues to work behind the scene to save our markets. After all, if the real story were told I think its safe to say everyone would sell all their stocks and never buy again. You think that would cause a "WORLD DEPRESSION?"
Do you realize CMKX was the first company to successfully pull its certs?
Do you realize CMKX was the first company to prove a naked short?
Do you realize you have taken part in the history of the stock market of the greatest magnitude?
