To answer the first part of your question, we don't know if its ILLegal because we don't have enough info on the new corporate structure, how it will effect mnty sharholders, evaluation of the new co so on and so forth. I was wrong if I claimed it Illegal. I think I said it would be no benefit to mnty shareholders and i still believe that, as for the second part of your question. One is only left to speculate were the fund are going thru dilution, Only the CEO'S know the real answer to your questions and many others asked by concerned shareholders. with no communication coming from BOD PPL'S imagination will tend to run wild and rightfully so after months of broken promises and missed deadlines and bs pr's.
