I'm on my crackberry and not able to access the court filing, but from just reading the posts and what Lord Vader posted on Rule 166 this could be for 1 or any number of things.

Guess I should stop commenting until I can read the filing myself...lol

Either way whatever has to happen is gonna happen so anything happening is progress to me and moving forward. Did that happen to make sense?? LoL
