I understand your frustration catmaniac but this is why you always need to do your own DD. I still believe this board is a wonderful source of DD but you always have to be careful and verify any claims that are made. I feel sorry for everyone who got hurt the other day, particularly those who were stopped out on the drop. For those that sold based on mikewhites post without verifying his information, i have a little less sympathy, but do feel bad if they were hurt. When i saw mikes post, i immediately called the court because nothing made sense (denying the motion and then reversing the decision the next day). I did not blindly sell without verifying this information. I believe everyone should have done so. Moreover, we (including myself) should have called the court on monday when mike said the motion for summaru judgment had been denied. This was not true and if any one of us would've called, tuesday's fiasco may not have happened. Unfortunately, a lot of us (including myself) got lazy and just took any post as being true. Hopefully going forward people will realize they need to do their own DD. Sure, this board is very useful but as always, be careful. This is true of any message board.
