You obviously didn't take into account that most of our shares and debt were already transfered via asset sale into other entities. i already have explained this on several occassions. Read the 8ks.

Chuck: I think a RS is still not going to happen, NIR agreed not to do so when they funded the loans, so until they are taken out, I don't think so.

Merger candidate, if any, and if large enough, could just take over and let it run to earn.
