what is your point, is there a rush or deadline for you. should the SEC be time limited, are you saying if the company does not act fast enough the SEC should shut them down. are they not there to oversee and not direct events. if they are attemping to file, and are late, we should close the doors?

I think that Globetel's financials are going to be as bad a disaster as we've seen so far. I agree that Globetel doesn't want to put these out but the SEC is pressuring them to do so. I don't think the SEC is going to wait forever either but I also think that once these are filed the SEC will be able to make their decision to let them continue or rip it off the public exchange.
